She is protection from the elements, roadside accommodations, and perfect for scouting and setting sketch base camps in urban and back country locales.

Three quick studies with an eye toward establishing values and composition rather than detail. I think I'll begin to experiment more with pen line and ink wash for value studies and sketches in general.
